ALL ABOUT REGISTRATION AND SUBMISSIONS

This page will guide you how to submit your abstract / poster / full paper. To submit your content you must first register to the platform. After your registration you can login anytime using your username and password.

The abstract paper / poster submission deadline is 30 April 2018.

The proceedings of the conference AITAE 2018 after the full text paper review will be published online by IOP publishers and they will be EI Compendex and SCOPUS indexed.

HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR FULL PAPER - INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

1. LOG IN

Login using the same e-mail account as the one used for submitting your abstract.

2. SELECT CONFERENCE

Select the conference
and click "Show".

3. UPLOAD FULL PAPER

Next to your abstract
click on "Upload Paper".

HOW TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT

IMPORTANT: If you already have an account, please go directly to step 2.

1. ACCOUNT CREATION

If you do not have one, please click here and choose the "Create an account" option. After creating your account, you will receive an email titled “Thank you for joining us - Please confirm your email”. Click on the verification link (or copy and paste the address to another tab on your browser). Your account creation is now completed!

2. ABSTRACT PAPER SUBMISSION

Click here and login if necessary, with the password and email you created at step 1. Fill the necessary details and submit your paper. To download and read the abstract paper template requirements click here.

3. CONFIRMATION RECEIPT

You will receive an email, confirming the receipt of your abstract paper.

HOW TO REGISTER (CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE AND HOTEL ACCOMODATION)

IMPORTANT: If you already have an account, please go directly to step 2.

1. ACCOUNT CREATION

If you do not have one, please click here and choose the "Create an account" option. After creating your account, you will receive an email titled “Thank you for joining us - Please confirm your email”. Click on the verification link (or copy and paste the address to another tab on your browser). Your account creation is now completed!

2. REGISTRATION

Visit the Fees webpage and choose a Fee packet by clicking "Register now" at the bottom. Fill the necessary details and the name of the accompanying person if any.

3. PAYMENT

Choose between the options of credit card or bank transfer payment. Proceed to the payment.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR ABSTRACT OR AUTHOR INFO

IMPORTANT: You can do this until the last day of Abstract Submission!!!

1. LOG IN

Click here to log in your profile.

2. CHOOSE PAPER

Select "My Submissions" and click "Show" on the abstract paper you want to update.

3. UPDATE

Click the pencil icon, update your entry and save it.
